If you are not satisfied or change your mind, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date. Because each report is written personally for you from your individual answers, we encourage you to review your free result before purchasing; you may still request a refund even if your report has already been generated or viewed.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, email the address you used at checkout and your receipt, if available, to christinastuller@gmail.com. Do not send passwords or full card numbers.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear depends on your bank and payment method.
