Seller and acceptance
The Relationship Mirror is provided by Christina Stuller, operating as Tranquil Balance Life Coaching. You contract with Christina Stuller for use of the quiz and report service. By accessing or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 and, if acting for an organisation, authorised to bind it.
The service and coaching disclaimer
The service offers a free relationship-pattern quiz and an optional AI-written personalized Mirror Report based on your answers and the Stuller Relationship Dynamics Method™. These are self-reflection, education and coaching resources, not therapy, diagnosis, medical treatment or professional medical, legal or financial advice. They do not replace care from a qualified professional. If you are in crisis in the US, call or text 988; elsewhere contact local emergency services.
Your responsibilities and acceptable use
Provide accurate contact information and only inputs you have the right to use. You are responsible for your answers, prompts or other submissions, your use of outputs and checking their accuracy and suitability. Do not use the service unlawfully, for fraud or spam, to infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, or to interfere with security through malware, unauthorised probing, scraping or access. Do not submit illegal content, hate speech, deceptive deepfakes or malicious code, attempt to jailbreak or circumvent AI safeguards, harass others, resell the service, or bypass technical limits.
Ownership, inputs and outputs
Christina Stuller retains ownership of the service and its intellectual property, including software, documentation, branding and the Stuller Relationship Dynamics Method™. You retain any rights you have in your original submissions and grant us a limited licence to process them solely to provide and secure the service. After purchase, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use your report for personal reflection. To the extent rights exist in AI-generated output, this licence permits your personal use; we do not guarantee that output is unique or eligible for copyright. Do not reproduce or redistribute the service, method or reports commercially without permission.
AI accuracy and moderation
AI-written outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your situation. Verify them and do not rely on them for regulated professional advice without qualified oversight. We may refuse or filter outputs, remove or restrict submitted content and suspend access for prohibited use or rights violations. Rights holders can report alleged infringement to christinastuller@gmail.com with identification of the work, the disputed content or link and their contact information. We will review complaints and may restrict content or access; serious or repeated infringement may lead to termination.
Price and payment
Your full Mirror Report is a one-time purchase of $37 USD, not a subscription or recurring charge. Any applicable tax and the final total are shown at checkout before payment. Report preparation begins after server-side payment confirmation. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. For questions about report content or delivery, contact Christina Stuller.
Refunds
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee: you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date by emailing christinastuller@gmail.com. See our Refund Policy for the request process. Nothing in these terms limits statutory consumer rights.
Availability and private access
The service is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation, a particular outcome or a precise report-delivery time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, implied warranties are excluded; this does not affect mandatory consumer rights. Your report uses a private, unguessable link: anyone with that link can view it. Keep it confidential. Keep any account credentials secure and notify us of suspected unauthorised access. Retention and deletion are explained in the Privacy Policy; contact us if you need help retrieving a purchased report.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or serious or repeated policy violations. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue, but immediate restriction may be necessary for safety or legal compliance. Suspension does not remove any refund or consumer rights that apply. On termination your licence to use restricted service features ends; any required record retention remains subject to our Privacy Policy.
Privacy, updates and contact
Read our Privacy Policy for how quiz answers and personal information are processed. We may update these terms and will show the effective date; material changes will be notified where required and will not retrospectively remove purchase rights.
